Five Star Unlimited was founded on a number of steadfast principles. Among them are that anything worth doing is worth doing in a five star manner, that our clients deserve the very best service and courtesy possible, and that the way things have always been done is not necessarily the best way to do them.
Leading each and every project is the company’s president, Dan Druck, who founded the company in 1998. Mr. Druck, who earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in 1985, brings four decades of design and construction experience to the benefit of each phase of each project. With a stubborn commitment to quality and “old school” work ethic, he guides his team of professionals to achieve outcomes worthy of the company’s name.

Our comprehensive process produces a final design that is tailor-made to respect your budget, enhance and respond to your lifestyle, ease your daily grind, and provide a sanctuary for your soul.
An economical approach is to choose from our pre-designed home plans and, if you so choose, make minor or even moderate modifications to make them fit your needs and desires
Our Custom Home Design process integrates with our construction delivery system and includes a “value engineering” component ensuring that you get the most house for your budget. We are also happy to build from our Pre-Designed plans or plans you may already have. In all cases, we ensure that the homes we build are worthy of our company’s name.
Interior Design & Specification
Add scalable interior design services to your Custom Design or choose from our selections of optional finish packages for your Pre-Designed plans.
We provide owners and contractors with economical, effective services to assist in the construction process including project accounting, progress payout (draw) processing, contractor bookkeeping, project scheduling and a variety of other services that can bridge the gap that may exist within your homebuilding strategy.
